UPDATE: From 1st January 2021, EU GDPR will no longer apply to UK businesses. GDPR will be incorporated into UK data law but may be subject to changes. For the time being, our policy remains the same.

On 25th May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into effect in the EU.

The aim of this legislation is to introduce new rules for how companies store and manage customer data.

Any personally identifiable data you submit to us is retained for the following purposes only:

• Fulfilling our courier, air freight, sea freight or shop services.
• Providing a record of your previous orders and transactions, which you can access at any time.
• Sending important updates, news and special offers via email, or requesting and collecting customer feedback in order to improve our website and services.
